About the event

This performance will work slightly differently to our others: In partnership with St Bart’s, Rune will present A Book of Hours - a Marian church service featuring prayers to the Virgin Mary alongside beautiful medieval tunes telling the story of Mary, inspired by a medieval book of hours.

This service is a special celebration of St Bartholomew the Great’s connection with Mary - as the only church in London to have a recorded visitation from Mary herself in the late 12th century! Come and learn about the story in this stunning space.

7pm Friday October 16th, church service.

Doors open 6pm, the bar will be open after the service to purchase refreshments.

Entry is FREE, with a retiring collection to support St Bartholomew the Great Church.
